Led by partner Julie Bennett, the department has extensive experience of cases worth from £1000 to in excess of £3 million, and having dealt with cases in the House of Lords, now the Supreme Court.

The team have particular expertise in brain injury, industrial diseases and medical negligence. In addition, a full range of personal injury work is undertaken to include accidents at work, tripping and slipping claims, road traffic claims and holiday claims.

The quality of the work has been recognised with EDS being the first law firm in the local area to be accredited by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, and Richard Holt having previously been appointed to serve on its national executive committee.
