Our childcare team are renowned for their sensitive, empathetic approach to supporting and representing people in all areas of child care law including care proceedings and adoption.

Led by Mark Evans, his expertise is recognised as a founder member of the Law Society Children’s Panel, having supported and represented parents, other relatives and children for over 30 years. His reputation has led to regular instructions from national organisations such as Barnodos & NSPCC as well as being appointed by the courts.

The team is strengthened by support staff and fee earners, including Charlotte Tizard, Solicitor, who are able to offer prompt advice and to offer an immediate response in what are often emergency situations. Legal Aid representation is available with the quality of work recognised by the awarding of a Legal Aid Contract by the Legal Aid Agency.
