The practice of Evans Derry Solicitors has had a presence in Solihull since the early 1970s. After the opening of Chelmsley Wood Town Centre, the practice initially focussed mainly on local plot sales on the rapidly developing Chelmsley Wood.

As Chelmlsey expanded and evolved, the practice did likewise, extending its areas of practice to concentrate on the needs of the local people. Over the years the practice has evolved to offer quality, cost effective legal advice by long serving qualified staff to the heart of the community.

The team of legal experts and support staff have been carefully selected and developed over many years.In 2007, the firm expanded its reach and opened its doors at newly renovated offices at Church Hill in Coleshill.

Since then the reputation of the practice has continued to thrive across a broad range of services, with the firm now renowned locally across both North Warwickshire and Solihull for the services it provides.

Building on it’s success the firm is committed to opening new offices in Marston Green. Our down to earth approach and commitment to the needs of the local community have evolved us to be part of the community itself.
