We are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancer to join our residential property team at our Atherstone office.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering an efficient, thorough and personal service, understands the importance of keeping clients informed throughout their transaction, and can manage a busy caseload while maintaining excellent standards of work.
This is an opportunity to join a professional team committed to providing practical advice, clear communication and a positive client experience from instruction through to completion and registration.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with an appropriate level of autonomy. They will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
Candidates may be qualified solicitors, licensed conveyancers, CILEX practitioners or experienced conveyancing professionals with an appropriate level of technical knowledge and practical experience.
